The Management of the Hotel will greatly appreciate your cooperation and compliance with these Rules, whose purpose is to ensure your quiet and secure stay.
§1
Rooms in the Hotel are rented for days. If you do not define the duration of your stay when you rent the room, the room is deemed to have been rented for one day.
§2
If you do not arrive at the Hotel by 18:00 on the arrival day, your booking will be cancelled and the room can be rented to another Guest (booking without prepayment), unless agreed otherwise.
§3
Check-in starts at 16:00. Check-out ends at 11:00.
§4
You are requested to check in immediately upon arrival by presenting your valid identification document with your photo. Otherwise, the Hotel has the right to refuse to check you in.
§5
If you want to extend your stay otherwise than specified on the arrival date, please contact the reception desk by 10:00 on the last day of your stay. The Hotel will take your request for extending the stay into consideration depending on the availability of rooms.
§6
If the booked number of days in the Hotel is not fully used, we will charge 50% of the room price.
§7
You must not transfer the room to other persons, even if the period for which you paid has ended.
§8
Persons that have not checked in with the Hotel may visit hotel rooms from 7:00 to 22:00.
§9
The Hotel may refuse to accept any Guest who grossly violated these Rules during their last stay, damaged hotel property or caused a damage to other Guests, Hotel employees, other persons staying in the Hotel, or otherwise disturbed other Guests or the operation of the Hotel.
§10
The Hotel provides its services in accordance with its hotel category and standard. If you have any reservations about the quality of the Hotel’s services, please notify the reception desk as soon as possible to enable a Hotel employee to take an immediate action. The Hotel must ensure:
(a) conditions for your full and undisturbed rest;
(b) safe stay, including the confidentiality of your data;
(c) professional and kind service;
(d) necessary repairs during your absence or in the your presence, provided that you request that
(e) efficient technical services; in the case of defects that cannot be removed, the Hotel will take all efforts to change the room or mitigate inconveniences as far as possible.
§11
At your request, the Hotel provides the following services free of charge:
(a) information about your stay and travel;
(b) luggage storage; the Hotel may refuse to store the luggage on days other than the dates of your stay or things that do not have features of personal luggage;
(c) storing sports equipment;
(d) valuable things and money may be, at your request, kept in the deposit box at the reception desk.
§12
The Hotel is fully liable for the loss or damage of things brought by its Guests to the extent set out in Art. 846-849 of the Civil Code, unless the parties agreed otherwise. Please, report all damages to the reception desk immediately upon becoming aware of them. The Hotel is not liable for any damage to or loss of your car or any other vehicle of yours.
§13
Every time you leave the room, please: check whether the door is locked and leave the room key at the reception desk. You must lock the door in the rooms that are made available to you, e.g. your room, ski storage, fitness room, sauna.
§14
You bear full financial liability for all types of damages to the Hotel’s furnishings and equipment arising through your fault or the fault of persons visiting you.
§15
For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use immersion heaters, irons and similar equipment which is not provided in the rooms by the Hotel. It is also forbidden to smoke or use open fire. Any false fire alarm will be connected with the arrival of the FIRE BRIGADE and will be subject to a FINANCIAL PENALTY.
§16
Quiet hours in the Hotel start at 23:00 and end at 7:00 on the following day.
§17
At Toporów Premium we do not accept animals.
§18
If these Rules are violated, the Hotel has the right to refuse to provide services to any person that violates the Rules. Such a person must immediately meet the Hotel’s requirements, pay amounts due for services provided to date, pay for damages, if any, and leave the Hotel.
